At Patsy's we think it's important for you to get to know the pets that have enriched our lives.  It may also help to know what we feed our pets, insite to their personalities, and what we've learned from our pets.  We encourage our staff to bring their pets to work, so don't be surprised if you see one of them hanging out behind the counter or back by the office!

We also like to hear from our customers and their pets...so--please share your pets with us! With your permission, we'd be happy to post them here, on our website.

Ahhhh...this is EXACTLY what I needed. A little to the left please!
'Louie' went hiking with his mom, and actually made it to the top!!! Look at his face---he's amazed and proud of himself!
Here's one of our customers pup after his vacation!  Thanks Gigi for submitting Lu's accomplishment!
Name:  Luigi
Breed:  All Hound
Gender:  Male
Birthday:  March 16, 2007

Likes:  Hanging at the dogpark, vacations, napping in the sun, long walks, hiking, napping in the shade, playing tug of war, long car rides, napping on the couch, pizza, chewing expensive shoes and napping just about anywhere

Dislikes:  The word "no", waking up early and mean people

Stowe Pinnacle Trail (Hogback Mountain) in Stowe, VT.
JUNE, 2010..."our trip to Stowe, VT....The resort was beautiful, clean and very accommodating.  The town was also very dog friendly.  Luigi came to most place with us; stores, restaurants, etc.  There were also many activities.  We did a lot of walking and hiking.  Here is a picture of Luigi at the summit of Pinnacle.  He loved hiking."

Just a haircut, no bath the first time...Angel, 13 weeks old. April, 2006.

NAME:    ANGEL
MASTER: Debbie, Owner

BREED:   Bichon-Poo
SEX:       Male/neutered

FOOD:    Solid Gold Adult dry, Natural home cooked, Michael's Soul Stew as back-up
SUPPLEMENTS:  Nupro Powder, Angel Eyes (for tear duct tearing)
PERSONALITY:  Happy, playful, ready for a good time.  He's the 'puppy-man'!! Don't bother him until after 9am-likes to sleep in!

LIKES:  HIS WARDROBE, car rides (he calls the front seat every time!) bull sticks, anything Samantha has, his sleepy-bunny-baby.
DISLIKES:  Getting out of bed before 9am!, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, mom leaving without him.
THE STORY:  Angel came to Debbie when he was just 11 weeks old.  He had been bought as an Easter gift, and 10 days later, surrendered because 'he was just too much trouble and work'.  On the very first night, poor Angel was coughing badly.  He had been tied outside at 10 weeks old in March to a close line when he soiled his crate.  He had pneumonia, bronchitis, kennel cough and a urinary infection.  In oxygen for 5 days, his prognosis was not good.  There was just no way of knowing if his little lungs could recover from so many problems.  But he did, as you can see.  Angel is an adorable, happy, welcoming dog and loves to seize any opportunity to make a new friend--human or animal! He has blessed the lives of Debbie, Samantha and the cats and fit right in with the whole crew.

Angel's first Halloween!
Angel, the handsome Puppy-Man
"Raspberries to you if you think for one minute I'm going out in THAT outfit!"
ha...mom's in the shower! Quick, grab the nice warm pj!!! Snuggle up, aahhh so comfy
Wilma came to our owner, Debbie, when she was about 6 months old along with her brother Wally.  Wally was adopted and Wilma adopted Debbie!!!  Wilma is a little shy with humans, but with the other house cats she is the boss!  Wilma is a long hair calico with the funniest smudge of orange around the end of her nose which makes her appear to be somewhat 'cross-eyed'. While she's not the most human-friendly cat in the world, she does maintain 'law and order' in the household!

And then there's the 'servant boys' for Wilma...Phil-Cody and Cody-Phil (also known as Toad and Little Man).  These two came from the meadowlands horse barn as tiny week old bottle babies.  Very ill and suffering from a disease brought on by living in horse manure, they have survived and are inseparable.  They are sweet, active and loving and as you can see, sleep together almost always.  And when these two start the hockey game--it's anyones win!!!

Queen Wilma the Wonderful!!
Phil Cody and Cody Phil (they're opposite twins! LOL)

NAME:        DIAMOND
MASTER:    Justen Cavero, senior sales associate
BREED:       Pit Bull Terrier
SEX:           Female
FOOD:       Wellness Core
SUPPLEMENTS:  None at this time.
PERSONALITY:  Diamond is a crazy, happy, energetic little girl.  She just loves being outdoors playing with her toys in the yard and playing in the hose.

LIKES:      Playing in water, running laps around the yard, and teasing with her older sister, Princess, by pulling at her hair and running away.
DISLIKES:  Being left alone and being ignored when she wants to play.
THE STORY:  Diamond came into the Cavero family when she was just a puppy.  They were happy to have such a sweet, happy little girl.  Little sister to Princess, they love hanging out together with the family.

I guess what it takes to get more dogs into really good homes is for a CPA firm to pick up the Patsy's Pet Stop account!  Below are the pets that rule at our accountants office and with their families at Lota & Bernard located in Midland Park NJ.
This handsome rescue pup belongs to the Wilkins Family
"What do you mean he's NOT coming...I've been good!!
"OK, you go upstairs and get some shut-eye, I'll take the first watch"
Oh my goodness...how cute is this little girl. Roxy owns the Bernard family!

'A NEW ARRIVAL'
John and Laurie (the owners brother and sister-in-law) just welcomed 'Esther-Bunny' to their family.  Esther was adopted from Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge.  As with many rescue animals, it's tough to know exactly what kind of 'baggage' Esther was carrying, so some basic obedience classes with Vinnie Rambala sured up the relationship and made for an easier transition. Esther joins 'the cats' and has settled in nicely.  Her favorite things include swimming in the lake, hanging out with 'mom and dad' at the power boat races, and snuggling up for naps!
CONGRATULATIONS! And thank you for choosing Adoption as the only Option!

Esther graduates from her obedience class!
John and Esther catching a Sunday afternoon nap!
AND...THE ESTHER BUNNY GETS HER EARS! Esthers first Easter!
Brody 2010

Our good customer and friends, Dorothy and Kevin, just got this handsome little man! Isn't he adorable. Let's all welcome Brody to his new home. Lots of Luck and happiness to you all!
