Below are our pre-adoption applications. Please move down to the application that pertains to the pet you are interested in adopting. Remember-incomplete applications may not be reviewed. After completing the form and approved, a volunteer will contact you to arrange a meet and greet with the pet you are interested in.
What Patsy's Pet ResQ!'s $120.00 feline adoption fee includes:
Our adoption fee includes not only fabulous foster care (food, litter, toys, grooming, medical attention, etc) but also all cats are tested for Leukemia and Feline Aids (FELV/FIV) and heartworm (HW).  The fee also includes as many vaccinations as needed to make them 'adoption ready' (distemper and rabies if old enough), spaying or neutering (all must be done 10 weeks or older), and a microchip.

We require a non-refundable adoption fee to help defray some of our costs. Please realize that your pet will require veterinarian care for its entire life. If you cannot afford the adoption fee please consider, realistically, if you can afford to adopt this animal. Is this acceptable to you?
